By using labtopiafarms.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. “We”, “us” and “Labtopia Farms” mean the owner and operator of this site.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. This site is not directed at children under 13.
Everything in the Farm Stand is made to order. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we accept it when we confirm it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if there is a price or product error or we suspect fraud. Payments are handled by our payment processors.
Items are made and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production and delivery times are estimates, not promises. Problems with an order are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
The videos, photos, writing, designs, artwork, logos and other content on this site belong to Labtopia Farms or its licensors, and all rights are reserved. Buying a product gives you the physical item, not a license to copy the artwork on it. You may share a link to a page and quote short excerpts with credit. Anything else needs our written permission.
You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated tools to access or copy this site, its content or its customer information. You may not use the content to train, fine-tune, test or feed any artificial intelligence or machine learning system, or to build datasets for one, without our prior written permission. We expressly reserve all rights, including the right to opt out of text and data mining under Article 4 of the EU Digital Single Market Directive (2019/790) and similar laws. Technical measures such as robots.txt and server rules are part of this reservation. No agreement between us and another company, including a platform or advertising account, gives that company permission to collect this site’s content unless we say so in writing.
Do not use the site to spread malware, interfere with how it works, try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, or break the law. We may block access if you do.
Messages you send through the Contact page are used to reply to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send ideas, designs or material you want to keep confidential or be paid for unless we have agreed in writing first. If you send them anyway, you give us permission to use them without payment.
The site links to and embeds other services, such as Twitch, YouTube and Ko-fi, and uses outside providers for printing, payment and shipping. Their terms and privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them.
If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or medical advice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service the claim is about. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to cover the costs of any claim against us that comes from your breaking these terms or the law, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site at any time, and we may end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. An order is governed by the version posted when you placed it, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United States. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.
