Who we are

Labtopia Farms (“we”, “us”) runs labtopiafarms.com, a creative site for gameplay videos, film and production work, and print-on-demand merchandise. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. If you buy something, create an account, send a message or just browse, this applies to you.

What we collect

Orders: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered. Payments are handled by our payment processors, and we never see or store your full card number.
Messages: the name, email address and message you send through our contact form.
Accounts: if you create an account, your name, email address and order history.
Automatic information: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, collected through cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use it

To make and ship your order, take payment, and send order updates; to answer your messages; to keep the site secure and prevent fraud; to understand which pages people use so we can improve the site; and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed, with: our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (your name, shipping address and order details so they can make and ship the item); payment processors; shipping carriers; our web host; and Google Analytics. Embedded videos from YouTube or Twitch send information to those services when you play them. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically up to seven years. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. Analytics data follows Google’s standard retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and decline analytics through the cookie banner. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you also have the rights your local law gives you, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. To use any of these rights, send us a message through the Contact page.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security and where data goes

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of storing or sending data is completely secure. We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
